This week, I’m sharing with you one of the most horrifying blind spots I’ve had as a marketing coach, and this blind spot is that visibility, authenticity, and the ability to command authority are not applied the same way to all people. They are intersectional.

This podcast is a medium that I use to talk to you: my kindred spirit, ally, and partner in doing the work that is important to both of us. Through that lens, my podcast titled Joyful Marketing was starting to feel misaligned with who I’m becoming and the space my work is taking up in the world.
