So often, I watch coaches and business owners approach their offers flippantly. However big or small your offer might be, whether that’s an invite to join your mailing list, to book a consult with you, or to follow you on Instagram, we see the very act of offering it as enough to compel people to take action, or for them to understand the full, rich range of benefits doing so will give them. But the truth is this is so far from what amazing selling is really about.
My husband and I went to a seafood restaurant the other night where I experienced an amazing lesson in sales that I’ll remember forever. I love looking for sales lessons in everyday, real-life interactions (side note: you should too) because they truly can teach us so much, and I’m sharing my insights on my interaction with the owner of this restaurant in this episode.
Join me this week as I invite you to consider what it would be like to go to unprecedented lengths to put thoughtfulness and love into all of your offerings. The genius sales lesson of the seaweed guy is going to light a fire in you to present your offers in new ways, and I’m also sharing six fun questions to ponder as you brainstorm.
If you want to dive deeper and do the work of unearthing what makes you unique, and you want a step-by-step process for showing up in a way where people look to you as the authority and expert, whether without a niche or a very specific one, I would love to invite you to join my marketing training program, Joyful Marketing. Click here to find out more and I can’t wait to see you in there!
